Sometimes we find ourselves in a career change, either by our choice or someone else’s. Sometimes we are plugging along in a career, but wondering “is this all there is?” Or we find ourselves in a situation where we aren’t satisfied and feel like we are just going through the motions.

Many times, the issue isn’t the job itself or one company over another. The issue is that we aren’t connected to and aligned with our true purpose. Another one of those things they don’t teach you at Harvard Business School is that eventually, you will need to find your passion and bliss or else risk letting your soul die a slow, painful death. You probably know what I mean. There is something at the core of your being that is going away, one day at a time.

If that’s the case, then you are ready for an opportunity to connect or reconnect to your true purpose. It may be that you were once totally passionate and inspired by the work you do. But now, that has faded and it’s become a job rather than a calling. That would indicate that the original purpose that you were connected to has been fulfilled to some degree, and its time for you to evolve to your next purpose.

This is an experiential event that will allow you to find your life purpose, identify and work through the obstacles that may be keeping you from aligning your life to your purpose, and establish a strategy and plan to move towards that alignment.

We look at this as a Treasure Hunt! Most treasure hunts are external – looking for treasure somewhere outside of you. This is an internal, personal treasure hunt, looking for your passion in the only place your find it – inside of you! In this experience, we will not be telling you what your passion and mission are. We believe you know what that is. It just happens to be blocked from your view right now. So, our job is to guide you on this adventure to find your hidden treasure.
